INTROSPECTION DAY

December 10

Free

You are cordially invited to“Introspection Day”

Peace December International in collaboration with Parkchester Public Library, Mujumder Foundation, African American Women in Cinema and African Union Day Foundation will hosting their maiden annual ‘Introspection Day’ in commemoration of the United Nation’s Universal Human Rights ratification on December 10, 1948.

During the forum, the audience would read the entire Human Rights document to acclimate themselves with its highly informative and powerful the content, and to also examine the level of international compliance to this ratified living document.

In light of the President Trump’s recent Jerusalem announcement, Israeli/Palestinian conflict and other persistent challenges faced by United Nations would also be debated. Pros and cons for these hotly contested issues are invited to intelligently argue their positions.

The forum is free and open to the public, but we ask the attendees to bring their own copies, Ipad or other reading systems.
